After collecting some eye-opening research earlier on in the summer, Barco have worked on the answers they were given to create a cost-effective way of creating a futuristic meeting room. Although slideshow software Powerpoint refuses to die and is still a vital part of the presentation world, users are starting to realise further possibilities including digital content from a cloud, or from a specific device. Connection cables and adaptors add extra stress and time to the setup of the meeting and with meetings seeming more like a chore as it is, a solution needed to be created to save it and get people sharing, wherever they are.
