Clear One Beamforming microphone creates a clean sound without cluttering your office
After being launched at the InfoComm exhibition last year, the Clear One Beamforming Array still seems to be leading the way in microphone systems after reaching the finals of the Utah Innovation Awards this year. The winner will be announced in a couple of weeks and Clear One’s entry is the first of its kind for the Professional-Audio industry.
Using beamforming technology, this array uses 24 microphone elements to replace up to ten traditional microphones, creating a much simpler integration and a sleek design that blends perfectly into a corporate environment. Whilst replacing the traditional set up, the microphone also has twice the pickup range and the beamforming reduces angle restraints, meaning all participants across a long table can be heard evenly. Using next generation Acoustic Echo Cancellation, the Clear One device can reject reflections and avoid unwanted noise, so that the pickup pattern is steered purely to the users in a meeting.
Larger rooms can benefit as well, as up to three arrays can be linked up in a daisy chain effect to Clear One’s audio mixer range, CONVERGE. Its small and wireless design assists the microphone in being flexible for mounting with the option of being placed on a wall, on the ceiling above the meeting or flat on the table top. The simplicity of its design mixed with the hidden technology inside makes the Clear One Beamforming Array a popular choice, so if you’d like your meeting room to benefit from audio clarity, please feel free to contact us for more information.
